1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, utilizing our consultation forms, or contracting BooksNora to coordinate accounting, bookkeeping, data compression, conversion, repair, or migration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. The Mediation & Facilitation Model

BooksNora acts as an intermediary connecting clients requiring specialized financial data solutions with certified independent database engineers, ProAdvisors, CPAs, and hosting infrastructure partners. BooksNora provides intake triage, scope definition, diagnostic evaluation, and service-level agreement (SLA) oversight. All technical and bookkeeping services are performed by vetted specialists bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.

3. "No-Fix, No-Fee" Policy & Guarantee

For our QuickBooks Data Repair Services, BooksNora upholds a strict No-Fix, No-Fee guarantee:

• Initial diagnostic assessments and file inspection evaluations are provided at no charge.
• If our assigned database engineers determine that a corrupted file is mathematically irreparable or cannot be restored to openable condition, the client will owe $0 for the attempt.
• Upon successful restoration or conversion, the client is provided with a sample or verification log. Full payment is due prior to the release of the final production unlocked file.

4. Client Obligations & Data Backups

Clients must maintain an untouched copy or offline backup of their original company database files (.QBW, .QBB, .QBM, or third-party equivalents) prior to transmitting any files for diagnostic analysis. While our matched specialists adhere to isolated non-destructive environments, BooksNora is not liable for data loss occurring due to existing severe hardware failure on client machines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BooksNora and its directors, employees, or contracted specialists shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from accounting errors originating in client legacy data, delayed filing fees from municipal tax authorities, or business interruptions. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

6. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

All data, company financial records, customer registries, employee identities, and tax numbers transmitted to BooksNora or its certified partner network are treated as Strictly Confidential. Neither party shall disclose proprietary information without express written consent.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be settled via binding arbitration.
